Evictions and lock-outs
can be a risky venture in today's litigious society. Our contractors
provide not only complete digital documentation of the mortgagor's possessions,
but also full video documentation. This service is provided in order to
reduce the amount of exposure to lawsuits for our clients. Our contractors
are experienced in making the procedure as easy and pleasant as possible for the
mortgagor. The mortgagor's personal possessions can be moved to storage or
a site of their choice in the local area.
In the case of personal
property evictions, where the mortgagor has left behind substantial personal
possessions, our contractors are experienced in what constitutes valuable
personal property and what is trash. The valuable possessions are moved to
a storage facility for proper disposition based upon the current laws.
Additionally, our
contractors are able to properly dispose of abandoned vehicles according to the
current laws.
